Book shop
The bookshop is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 08:00 10:00.
Since 22 January 2009 all learners from Grades 8 12 have received the textbooks provided by the Department of Education to learners. These books remain the property of the Department and it is therefore very important that the learners look after these books and return them to the book shop in good condition.
Learners sign for each of these books when they receive them. These books will be checked during the year to ensure they are still in the system and to monitor their condition. At the end of the year each learner will be held responsible for returning his or her books and they have to sign when returning these books.
If books are damaged and/or lost the learners must pay the replacement value. This will be strictly controlled at the end of the year.
We kindly request all learners and their parents to ensure that these books are cared for and returned to the school in good condition. The books remain the property of the Department of Education.
